By creating a ClipSync account or using ClipSync's apps or website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use ClipSync.
ClipSync syncs clipboard content across your devices in real time, and lets you create shareable links to individual clips. It's provided on Android, desktop (Windows/macOS/Linux), and the web.
The free plan includes up to 3 connected devices, 50 clips per day, and 10 image clips per day. Premium removes these limits and adds view-once share links, billed monthly (₦3,000/month in Nigeria; approximately $3.33/month elsewhere, processed through the same plan with your bank handling currency conversion).
Subscriptions are processed by Paystack and renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings; your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.
You retain ownership of everything you copy into ClipSync. We only process it to provide the sync and sharing features you use — we don't claim any rights to your content, and we don't use it to train any models.
Content you send via a share link is accessible to anyone with that link until it expires (or, for view-once links, until it's opened once) — you're responsible for who you share links with.
Don't use ClipSync to store or share content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have the right to share. Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to violate anyone's privacy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You can stop using ClipSync and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or applicable law.
ClipSync is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep your data safe and the service available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipSync is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ClipSync after a change means you accept the updated terms.
